Our conference and meeting hall offers a professional and well-equipped setting for business meetings, work sessions, presentations, and private events. Designed for comfort and productivity, the space can be connected to two work areas, making it flexible for different meeting formats and group needs. The hall is fully equipped with projectors, flat screens, a sound mixer, speakers, and wireless microphones, making it suitable for presentations, panels, and discussions. Coffee breaks are served twice a day, with the option to arrange an additional evening coffee break when needed. Lunch and dinner can also be arranged and tailored to meet customer preferences. With its practical setup, modern equipment, and attentive service, our meeting hall provides everything needed for a smooth and successful event.

Our reception team is available to assist guests throughout their stay with check-in and check-out, room information, luggage assistance, guest requests, extra amenities, room service coordination, wake-up calls, and lost and found. The team can also help with taxi and transportation arrangements, directions, local attractions, places to visit in Jezzine, waterfalls, nature spots, viewpoints, and restaurant or café recommendations, including reservation assistance. For bookings, our reception can assist with reservations and modifications made through the hotel website. For bookings made through online travel agencies, guests should make any changes directly on the OTA platform. Our reception team speaks Arabic, English, and French.
